For 4 years & running, Saturday nights at Lucky Bar have been Victoria's destination for fun on Saturday nights. Playing host to a massive swath of genres & styles, resident DJ Longshanks wields a post-everything mix of all that is good about dance music from the last 20 years.
Longshanks started DJing Arcade Fire & Joy Division at 'Hang The DJ', the legendary club night that waved the indie flag before everyone got sick of Death Cab For Cutie. He's since evolved into a stylistic Swiss army knife; from Bowie to Daft Punk, dubstep to glitch hop, he manages to squeeze a myriad of sounds into every Saturday night SOLID! party.
